Letter from the "esteemed" Champaign County Chamber of Commerce.

To refresh your memories, in 2005 they did a survey which revealed that
67% of their members supported smokefree ordinances.  They weren't
satisifed with that, so they did a second reworded survey to ensure

They should rename themselves to the
"Champaign County Chamber of Horrors for Citizens and Workers".
