[CUWiN-Dev] WiFiDog looks great

Our linux guru & our software architects were considering nocat and
chillispot, but looking at wifidog, they say it sounds great.

We plan to try wifidog first when it comes to locking down the AP's. We
don't need that yet (we've only got about 20 users that are sharing a 3
Mbps internet backhaul connection), but when we get there, we will be sure
to give you the scoop!
