[CUWiN-Dev] WRAP versus SOEKRIS versus both

We still think you should deploy a mixture of SOEKRIS & WRAP boards. If
you would like to standardize on just SOEKRIS, that's fine.

In any case, we would like to offer to loan you a few nodes (2 WRAP & 2
SOEKRIS) to demonstrate interoperability and "open" standards.

We will have SOEKRIS and WRAP-based nodes operating together as a part of
a small experimental network. We have all combinations of 11b & 11a (i.e.,
11b&11b, 11a&11a, and 11b&11a) with all Atheros-based cards. Because we
have our own linux kernel and we don't plan to share that for a while, we
can only loan our nodes to provide a service.

So far, the 10 SOEKRIS's have been totally rock solid (except for one that
didn't work out when we got it ... it would only boot up 1 out of 10 tries
... and the support from SOEKRIS was not exactly satisfactory in our
opinion). As a result, we decided to try 10 WRAPs. We'll see how they hold
up.

After we gather enough operational time, we were thinking of down-selected
to either WRAP or SOEKRIS based on reliability, value and support. We then
plan to order in lots of 50 to 100.
