[Cu-wireless] meetings protocol

Please RSVP for meetings so that I know a) if there is a meeting at all,
b) how much pizza to order.

I will not open the office for a meeting unless an agenda appears on the
mailing list from anybody, and then three people write the list that
they will come to a meeting if one is held. Two people a meeting does
not make. =)

Perhaps the Web page, which recently reverted to an even OLDER version,
should be amended to say this.
