[Cu-wireless] power supplies

The fanless power supply by TK Power costs $135, so I will no longer
consider it. Here is some other information on power supplies, though.

I figure that any device we build with a low-power CPU and no hard drive,
we can run off a "wall-wart" transformer.

Peter tells me that it's preferable to run high voltage, low current
over Ethernet, considering the type of wire involved.
