First thing I did when I got mine was upgrade the BIOS. :)

Must be http://www.soekris.com/Software/bios_110.bin

Also, here are my boot parameters (the ones in the comBIOS monitor); I
think they are the defaults except for the ConSpeed, but just in case.

Same here. That's exactly the same as mine. comBIOS prints out:
