Now all we need is for the FCC to give us (back) the 2.5-2.9 GHz band that the folks at NYCwireless alerted us to. 

Aww Hell, just de-allocate everything and let Stephan? get his game on with the Ultra-Wide-Band wireless.  AM/FM, and TV will all just  become permanent virtual circuits over the wireless equivalent of frame relay. :D
