[CUWiN] Portland's PersonalTelco featured in Willamette Week article

As a cover story in this week's Willamette Week there's an article about
Portland's Personal Telco Project.  It highlights the intersection of
free Wi-Fi, its technologies, politics, commerce, and, of course, the
volunteers making it happen.  Looks like Portland's city government is
considering taking advantage of the group's effort and angling for a major
PR win.

In the spirit of friendly rivalry, I hope Urbana beats them to the punch.
A choice quote:

  "In 2003, when an Intel-sponsored study proclaimed Portland the best
  city in the nation for wireless access, Personal Telco got most of the
  credit."
