[CWN-Summit] CWN success/failure stories - please submit!

I'm compiling the list of CWN success and failure stories, to be 
compiled in a "case study" type of web page.

Please send me stories via email; links to websites; or PDFs of things 
that you find.  Even if you were at the summit and presented your 
project, I'd appreciate spending the time to send me the appropriate 
information, if possible (but even a link will do at the very least).
