[CWN-Summit] FCC Open Access ruling

My first reaction is that this is a terrible, terrible set back. Does anyone
have a positive angle on this? Does this make the municipal broadband
argument more or less compelling? I have suspected for months that the open
access battle is the one that would define the campaign for increased
access; am I being overly dramatic? Ben, Harold - reassure me that this is
not as bad as it seems.
