[CWN-Summit] Hello all & Welcome to the 2006 Crew!

Hi everyone,

We've just added folks from the 2006 National Summit for Community Wireless 
Networks and I wanted to thank everyone who attended this year's Summit.  Both 
Summit veterans and newcomers are on this list and I hope that people will use 
it to strategize, share information, report calls for action, etc.

This past weekend was a really inspiring experience and my only regret is that I 
didn't have nearly enough time to talk with all the people I wanted to, or talk 
enough with the few folks I did get a chance to touch base with.

If nothing else, the 2006 Summit reminds us that we are part of a large and 
growing movement -- it lets us know that we're actually a force to be reconned 
with and will not be ignored.  I am very much looking forward to seeing new 
initiatives (and newly energized older ones) coming out of this year's Summit. 
If you have documentation (notes, photos, articles, blogs, audio, video, etc.) 
from the Summit, please let me know so that we can link to it from the Summit 
website (www.wirelesssummit.org).  Over the next week we hope to have a lot of 
new info out to folks, so stay tuned.
