[CWN-Summit] ALERT on Tomorrow's (4-26) Mark Up of COPE

The House Commerce Committee will have a full mark up tomorrow on the 
Communications Opportunities and Enhancements Act of 2006 (COPE). 
While primarily known for its awful net neutrality provisions, 
tomorrow's mark up also posses a significant threat to municipal broadband.
