Non-profit organization that provides technical assistance and policy  
advocacy is seeking a person to spearhead its municipal broadband  
work. Tech experience, policy background, and eagerness to learn more  
important than specific knowledge. Must be willing to live in  
Minneapolis-St. Paul (which is really a very nice place), but job  
allows some travel. Respectable salary with very good benefits.
