MODIFICATIONS OF PARTS 2 AND 15 OF THE COMMISSION'S RULES FOR
UNLICENSED DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT APPROVAL.   Amended the Commission's
rules to provide for more efficient equipment authorization of both
existing modular transmitter devices and emerging partitioned modular
transmitter devices. (Dkt No.  03-201). Action by:  the Commission.
