[CWN-Summit] Need community wireless projects in Arkansas and Nebraska

As part of our ongoing efforts to free up more spectrum for 
unlicensed uses, we are looking for community wireless projects 
to  highlight in some critical states.  Please let me know if you 
know of or are yourself engaged in community wireless projects in 
either Arkansas or Nebraska.
