Notice has been published in the federal register of our win in 365-3700.

Parties may now file an appeal to the courts within 30 days or may 
petition the FCC yet again for recon.
I think industry roles over at this point.  There is a small chance 
of appealing, but the Commission's discretion in this area is huge 
and I have a very hard time thinking that a lawsuit would prove successful.
