IMHO, this question can't be answered in a simple way.
For sure will be investments and opportunities for all the topics you 
mention. Each one does not exclude the others, developing countries or 
not, doesn't make a big difference, maybe just in some percentages 
depending on everyone cir¡cumstances.
If you mean which one will attract more investment, then is simply about 
doing numbers. Is easy to imagine that the first three will attract much 
more investment than the fourth.
But as an example, don't use that to make the typical mistake of 
forgetting about wireless because fiber is better. For sure it is and 
has to be big focus there, but fiber will not reach everywhere, at least 
for next decades or even century, so one thing doesn't exclude the 
other. I have seen this misunderstanding quite often.
