[CWN-Summit] Need some help

There is a story in TVNewsday,
http://www.tvnewsday.com/articles/2008/12/18/daily.5/0, that
operation in the 3.65 GHz band caused interference with a TV C-Band
receiver in Philly. I'm inclined to doubt this for a variety of
reasons. On is that I believe Philly is in the 3.65 GHz exclusion zone.

Here is the list of grandfathered Earth-receiver sites:
http://www.fcc.gov/ib/sd/3650/grandftr.pdf FCC rules require a 150
KM exclusion zone around any one of these. I am trying to figure the
exclusion zones for the ones likely to be near Philadelphia (NJ, PA and MD).

Any help appreciated.

Harold
