Dear Frends,

I have proposed for a session during this year's IS4CWN 2008, is being held in DC this year. My paper titles "Wifi & WiMAX Access – Bridging Digital Divide & Connecting Rural Mass with the Development Mainstream" is based on the recent developments of WiFi and WiMax Access of of BSNL (Government's telecom and IT department of Orissa state). Using the technogy we are bridging the the digital divide of rural-urban as well as connecting the rural mass with the development mainstream. It is based on social implications of Community Wireless. I found interesting topic and somehow fits with the IS4CWN agenda.

It is difficult to mobilize supports for attending tese kind of international summits to have knowledge and sare experience. I have too applied for a travel support for attending this year's summit.

Looking forward to your comments for further updates/developmenst in presenting the paper at DC. Hoping to meet you all in DC .. in May end.

Regards,

Dillip
