You might as well add Africa and Asia to that list as well.

If anyone is interested we are still operating our Open Digital Village
Telecenter in Winneba Ghana that includes wireless network access for
much of the community there. http://www.opendigitalvillage.net

We can start out with excel/Open Office spreadsheet, do research on some
existing lists online and then consider setting up a online database
using Sugar CRM or Salesforce.com
