[CWN-Summit] Looking for USA / EU power adapter

Hello,

I believe I may have left behind a USA-style 3-prong to European-style
2-prong passive power adapter plug.  I think it may have been left behind
in the 4-socket power strip that was sitting in the right-hand of the
auditorium where the open plenary took place.

It is white plastic, and it looks very similar to this one pictured,
although it is more like a round barrel with notches for the ground contact:
