Community Wireless Networks (IS4CWN) in Berlin on October 2-4, 2013. This
year we have a very exciting agenda and we want to widen the conversation

As you know, the Summit serves as a unique platform for technologists,
policy analysts, practitioners, and researchers working on diverse
community networking projects across the globe. It aims to cultivate a

opportunities and challenges, and influence the future of community
