Ben, thanks for correcting my mispelling.

OpenWRT can run in SBCs like Alix Board, Mikrotik, etc with a miniPCI
interfaces.

Doodle Labs sells miniPCI radio cards that cover the TV White Space bands,
in 80 MHz wide chunks.
We have tried some of them and work as advertised, but they had  said that
production was stopped.

Then, it seems that they are starting shipping again:
