[Imc-events] IMC hosts LPFM discussion

 On Tuesday June 26 the Independent Media Center kicks off it "Human Rights Nights" lecture and discussion series with a talk on the low-power FM radio movment with IMC-menbers Mike Lehman and Paul Riismandel.  The night will feature a video, presentation and discussion focusing on the free-speech implication of the fight to bring low-power FM radio to the airwaves and the local group that applied for a license.  The talk will take place from 7 to 8:30 pm.  

The Urbana-Champaign Independent Media Center is open weekdays from 12 to 2 pm and from 4 to 9 pm and weekends from noon to nine pm. Stop by the space to browse the library, use free computers with internet access, and enjoy a natural snack.  For more information, call 344-8820.
