It's looking good to me. I might have some specific wording or
ordering changes to suggest tomorrow when I have more time but for now
my main suggestion would be to provide a citation link for each claim
that we make about the global movement so that it is clear that we are
simply elaborating external definitions and not making up our own
definitions. This document of ours should be as heavily hyperlinked to
external documentation as possible. 

The global proposal to change fiscal sponsors especially should be
linked in to the paragraph about global's decision to use us as their
fiscal sponsor.

Also - Is it a true fact that the 5% we take for fiscal sponsorship
doesn't go into our general revenue? I don't think that is true. I
_think_ it is the case that while we use that money to pay for our
financial support structures (e.g. our bookkeeper, any audit we might
have performed, etc) that we also consider the sustainability of our
organization (e.g. general funds) to be vital to our fiscal sponsors
and so we do include fiscal sponsorship fee moneys in our general
fund. I THINK this is the case but I could be wrong.

We CAN make it clear that no funds from those fees have been used for
the purchase of our building.
