Stewart,

FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski just posted a piece on the Huffington
Post <http://act2.freepress.net/go/1139?akid=2077.9117198.SSsxPO&t=1>,
in which he makes the case for his new Net Neutrality proposal — a
proposal that would make Comcast, Verizon and AT&T proud rulers of the
Internet, but that leaves the rest of us out in the cold.

Chairman Genachowski's proposed rule would lead to nothing more than
fake Net Neutrality. Among other things, it would leave wireless
Internet largely unprotected and open to discrimination, and would open
the door to "paid prioritization," a scheme where phone and cable create
toll roads to the Internet where only rich companies get special treatment.

<http://act2.freepress.net/go/1140?akid=2077.9117198.SSsxPO&t=2> to read
our analysis of his proposed plan, which falls far short of giving us
the real Net Neutrality protections we demand.

Please take a minute to read the post
<http://act2.freepress.net/go/1139?akid=2077.9117198.SSsxPO&t=3> and
leave a comment. Tell the chairman what /real/ Net Neutrality means, and
urge him to pass strong rules to protect it.

Thank you,

Josh Levy
