Discussion of junk intake/export/claiming policies

HacDC has about 30 members... that we know of.


### Immediate Space Improvement/Construction

Jonathan: Good project would be collect ATX power supplies and
repurpose them to be workstation power supplies.

Printer, scanner, fax machine, (early) laser printers - can provide
raw materials for circuit board router
Any computer power supply

Old cell phones - if you can see the control chip, the LCD can be repurposed.


### Blinky Workshop Dry Run Review

#### Winton

13 yo thought it was neat. Interest ended after walking out door.
11 yo interested throughout. Finished circuit at home.
Goal was to figure out how to get it to blink. How to get it to blink
at desired rate.

Project really for high schoolers
Simpler project needed

Can swap out components easily

Equipment:
+ Potatoes
+ Galvanized nails/screws
+ bcduggan: clips
+ 10K linear, 300 Ohm Min Resistance, potentiometers w/giant knobs
+ switches
