Basically, it entails:  1)  Recognizing that the package contains a Cupcake;
2)  FIlming (video) the opening of the package, removal, inspection of 
the cupcake as received;
3) Editing, Posting the video on u-tube.

Who would like to receive a cupcake from HacDC (1525 Newton St. NW,
Washington, DC, USA)?  I've tried contacting a few of the unpaired
hackerspaces listed on the google spreadsheet, but I haven't gotten
any responses.
