It's free, and it's basically a guide for setting up exactly the type of
network we want for CUWIN.

There are other useful, non-technical subjects; in particular, there is
a chapter titled "Economic Sustainability."

The idea was brought up during Makerspace Thursday that we should do
this book-club-style: everyone reads a specific chapter of this book in
preparation for the meeting.  At the meeting we discuss what we've read
so far in light of CUWIN.
