Here's a question:  How long does the memory tape need to be?
The theoretical Turing tape is infinitely long.  I haven't been able to 
find an answer to the question "How long?".  I think that the question 
"How long does the memory tape need to be?"
is the same as "Will the program halt?", which is undecidable.
