This is about six weeks away, but it's always been a fun event that also
raises money for the Orpheum. This year it will be at the Krannert center.

**Don’t miss the 5th Annual Corkscrew Wine Gala on September 18th, 2013!*
Welcome the crisp chill of autumn with the warmth of good friends,
spectacular surroundings, and samplings of more than 200 offerings by over
30 vendors featuring select vineyards from around the world. Arrive early
to receive the VIP treatment, complete with live music and delightful hors
d'oeuvres sure to please your palette.
All ticket holders will receive a souvenir crystal wine glass. Tickets,
like fine wines, will be available in limited supply. Guests will also
enjoy bidding on hand-selected auction items from both wine vendors and
favorite local establishments. Wine pre-orders will be available at the
event. The event is at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts is located
at 500 South Goodwin Avenue, Urbana, IL. More information is available by
calling (217) 352-5895.
All proceeds, including a percentage of wine sales, directly benefit our
community through funding programs and exhibits at the Orpheum.
