Agenda:

   - Opens
      - Heartland Maker Fest 2015 t-shirts available for sale
      - Create static home page for makerspaceurbana.org
         - Mike will work on it
         - Domain names have been renewed (thanks, Jeff!)
      - We're making a BB droid! Join us for our regular meetings on
      Sundays @ 1pm.
      - Membership/Financial Update
      - New member nominations: welcome to Swee!
      - Financial status and future plans
         - Have $ 9013.13 in the bank!
         - Should gear up our fundraising again since last time we doubled
         monthly contributions
            - Need to meet in order to put a plan together (*Gergana *to
            email list)
            - New lease: IMC provided blank lease, need info prior to us
      signing it
         - Rent might go up by about 3%
         - Once we have a completed lease, *Emily *will email the list for
         a vote
         - Funding requests:
         - BB-217 sponsorship
            - Group has agreed to fund $500 initially, can come back with
            more requests
            - Will also add a donation option for BB-217 on the website (*Jeff
            *to do that)
            - CU Make sponsorship: cannot sponsor at this time aside from
         volunteering
         - Reimbursement: please complete this form

            - "did you enjoy the space" + "sign the guestbook" signs
            - Rules for using/checking out the raspberry pi kits
               - $20 deposit to take out small kit, put hold on Square for
               things that are more expensive - not going to happen,
not worth the hassle
               - Group ok with checking out kits, no money (*Emily *will
               buy the cards)
               - Need to make a sign + update the website

- Rape crisis and services center is in financial trouble and will be

list gauging interest
- Summer camp for girls with the Orpheum (Summer '16)
- Heartland Maker Fest 2016 - first planning meeting is Monday, Feb. 1, 6pm
