A revised Bylaws and Structure Document will be voted on at the General
Membership Meeting this October 9th. Chris Ritzo has placed a PDF of the
updated documents on the UCIMC web site. You may also view it by clicking on

If you have any problems viewing the document, please email this list, and
I'll email it directly to you.

Mike Lahman did a good job of cleaning up differences between the documents
in 2007, but there were still some differences that were confusing. These
have been corrected. Most of the editing was done by Gary and Danielle, with
input from Durl, Austin, BD and me.
