[Imc-members] IMC Board meeting this Tuesday, April 21 6-8pm

*The IMC Board meeting is this Tuesday, April 21st from 6-8pm *(and every
3rd Tuesday of the month) on the first floor of the IMC.

Board meetings are open to all, members are encouraged to attend, and there
is public participation at the beginning of the meeting. Members who are
affected by agenda items may also ask questions and provide input during an
agenda item.

The board hears status updates and considers proposals that have come
through committee. Committees are open to any IMC member to participate.

Here are the 11 priority items voted on by the board for initiation in 2016
that are regularly discussed:

   1.

   Renewal of USPS lease (Exec Committee)
   2.

   Facilities plan - Renovation of 1st floor and accessibility (Facilities)
   3.

   Staff addition to support programming (Personnel)
   4.

   Funding Plan for facilities and staffing (Finance)
   5.

   Website overhaul (Membership/Fundraising)
   6.

   Membership Engagement (Membership/Fundraising)
   7.

   Enhanced news production and training (Programming, Campaign for Prison
   Phone Justice)
   8.

   Gallery renewal (Programming, Travis)
   9.

   RFU renewal (Programming, RFU)
   10.

   15th anniversary event (Membership/Fundraising)
   11. Capital campaign to support the renewal process
   (Membership/Fundraising)
