Hi,

This is Lisa with Springfield IMC.....at our last spokescouncil meeting 
we talked about the regional gathering and we are all really excited 
about it. After reviewing all of our schedules at that meeting we came to 
the decision that Labor Day weekend is best for us. So we just thought we 
should report that here since we would like to participate but so many in 
our spokescouncil will be out-of-town between now and Labor Day weekend.  
So now you all know our  preference :)  Whenever it is though, I hope as 
many people from Springfield can attend as possible!
