[Imc-midwest-regional] Ohio Valley IMC?

and after looking at the Ohio Valley IMC logo I see
many cities in the midwest ,but now that i am
thinking I am guessing that even this IMC
http://www.ovimc.org/ is more local than what the
Midwest IMC would represent.
Where is OVIMC and what is its purpose?
