Hey Midwest IMCistas,

Here is the most final Regional IMC Gathering schedule you're gonna get.

Already some folks from Madison have arrived, and the whole thing looks 
like it's going to be a great time.  If you haven't decided to come yet, 
it's not too late -- there's still some sleeping space left.

See some of ya Friday!

Here's the Sched:

FRIDAY

6:00 PM	Introduction, meet, greet and eat
7:00 PM	What workshops do we want to do?  Let's develop a schedule.
			What are things you want to learn to do?
			Some possibilities (these are just a start):
				Basic audio recording (minidisc)
				Mic techniques and interviewing skills
				Basic videography
				Photography and the web
7:30 PM	The Workshops go into action
9:00 PM	Break down into production groups, informal discussions, field trips
		to the School and around downtown Urbana.

SATURDAY

  9:00 AM	Wake up and eat the U-C IMC's breakfast.
10:00 AM	Group Discussion on Developing Local IMCs
	10:00 - 10:30	Problem Jostling to generate discussion topics
	10:30 - 1:00 PM	Lively Discussion
  1:00 PM	Lunch on your own and production time
  3:00 PM	Group Discussion on Developing the IMC Network
	3:00 - 3:30	Problem Jostling
	3:30 - 6:00	Lively Discussion
  6:00 PM	Eat some more (courtesy of U-C IMC) and production time.
  8:00 PM	Event: "PickAxe" Screening / Nigeria IMC Benefit and fun

SUNDAY	

  9:00 AM	Have some breakfast, informal discussions and production time
12:00 PM	Urbana IMC Steering Group's Weekly  Meeting
			Everyone is invited to participate.
  1:00 PM	Gathering officially ends

2:00 PM 	Urbana-Champaign IMC Radio production weekly meeting.
3:00 PM	Urbana-Champaign IMC Print media (Public i) weekly meeting.
6:00 PM	Anti-War, Anti-Racism Efforts (AWARE) at the YMCA on campus
			(directions will be provided.)
7:00 PM	Weekly Sunday Sing -- bring an instrument and yourself -- goes 
till  midnight at the earliest and located at The School for Designing 
a  Society: 409 North Race Street (5 Blocks from the Urbana-Champaign IMC)
