I listened in on Monday's show and think it sounded good--kudos to Mike for 
putting together a nice set of headlines and announcements.

I think that program set up a nice template to follow that could use some 
firming up so that there is some consistency between programs produced by 
the IMC for that slot.  Also, there a couple of things we can use to 
tighten up that will also make producing the next few programs easier.

I suggest that the news collective meet along with anyone not already in 
the collective who's doing one of these shows to firm up some ideas and 
details.  Most weekday evenings are good for me--I think most of your 
schedules are more hectic than mine right now.  What evening is best for 
everyone-- wednesday, perhaps?
