[Imc-newsroom] Nuke train coming through C-U?

Based on reporting in the News-Gazette, it seems the train won't
actually pass through C-U. It will be close by, though, traversing
Illinois on the Norfolk Southern line that runs from Danville through
Sidney and Tolono onto Decatur and then to the west.
