Hello Independent Media,

Just wanted to say thanks for existing! It is
very discouraging to know that most newspapers
and radio stations are controlled by just a few
people. Rather than a government controlled
media, America has a finely tuned corporate media
propaganda machine. We truly are in the age of
Big Brother, so it is relieving to know that it
is not yet illegal to run your own press, unlike
the air waves, where it is illegal to put out an
independent voice. 

Perhaps you will have to beware of your own
success - when you start to reach a wide
audience, the need for bigger funding will arise,
and with that, a look for sponsers. These
sponsers will begin to have control of your
voice, and then that will be the beginning of the
end - just think Pacifica. 

Well, keep to the road less traveled, and may
your voice be loud and clear for many years to
come.
