hey,

great site and already getting good content up.

i graduated from champaign in 1980 and from univ. of washington law school
in 1983.  i put my law practice on hold 16 months ago to help start the
seattle imc for the wto protests.  i have been helping build the imc network
ever since.

if you have any questions or need any help, let me know and i'll do what i
can.  a strong network of imc's in the midwest could be huge.  the west
coast is linking up and the east coast is coming together.  and with the
strong progressive schools in the midwest, and the depth of the labor
movement, i think the midwest could start making some things happen.  

i have hooked up with the folks at utne reader and they are interested in
hosting some imc fundraisers in the midwest using "this is what democracy
looks like" as the main event.  let me know if you want to put something
together.
