Unfortunately, no.  I haven't a clue about this.  Ms. Barns seemed adamant
enough and somewhat surprised that I wasn't aware of the issue.  Needless
to say,  local politics is not my forte.  Sorry I can't be of more help.
She didn't leave any info to contact her either.
