I am forced to pay the $140 phone bill or be charged additional fees from AT&T. Given that the UCIMC simply cannot afford charges like this, I will probably have to put a permanent block on long-distance calls to prevent this from happening in the future. I may also cancel our second phone line to help recoup the loss. --Sascha
