PRESS CONFERENCE ADVISORY

Did you know?

of the 100 calls a month to the Champaign County Health Care Consumers
hotline.

	*	Many Champaign County residents who lack access to
affordable dental care get their only dental care from hospital emergency
rooms, often arriving in great pain from infected mouths or broken teeth.

	*	Only one clinic in Champaign-Urbana will accept Medicaid
patients, and it has a waiting list of more than 800 people.
