Hi all,

I am responsible for coordinating a workshop on Indymedia on Sunday the
27th at the GETUP! Grassroots Educational Training in Bloomington,
Indiana. I've talked with several folks already, but if you are
interested in being a part of the workshop (which would entail talking
about what Indymedia means to you, what you do, etc.), please let me know
ASAP. I'm going to limit the number of participants to a half-dozen, so
even if I've already talked with you, please confirm that you can come.

Our workshop is from 2:15 to 3:45, so I was thinking of going down around
noonish and then returning in the evening -- so the whole committment is
one afternoon.

Please let me know ASAP.

“This weekend will provide a much needed space for sharing of
knowledge, experience, and passion for change for the Bloomington
community and surrounding region.” – Jamecyn Morey

“In the workshops we will hone our skills and share experiences, and
will also build connections and community among those dedicated to
change.” – Lauren Taylor

“In a broader sense, this conference is necessary because true
democracy requires active participation at an individual, grassroots
level.” – Matthew Turissini

“As individuals and communities we must assert our voices and press
forward in the struggle for democracy, justice, equality, and peace.
This weekend of workshops will not only provide the tools to
effectively create positive change, but will also allow us to network
and build off the knowledge, experience, and passion that all will
bring to the conference.” – Paul Price
