[Imc-radio] Studio in use tomorrow

As an FYI, Rosa will be in use from 2:00pm-3:30pm tomorrow, for final
show production.  Now that mother jones is pretty unreliable, I think
we should all be proactive about informing others when we plan to use
Rosa.
