[Imc-radio] Learn more about the local Tramway idea

I think this would be a good radio story...any takers?  There are a
lot of people asking questions about the tramway, and it would be a
great community service to answer them.  Laura's talk will provide the
info, and we can help disseminate it on the airwaves.

The TRAMWAY Idea:
What Does it Mean For Our Community? Can it Help Revitalize Our City?

Coffee location: Lincoln Square Mall common area south
open to the public

Presenters include:
	- Laura Huth, Urbana City Council member;
	- Rob Kowalski, Planning Manager, City of Urbana;
	- Bill Volk, Managing Director, CU Mass Transit District; and
	- Robb Patton, Director of Operations, CU Mass Transit District

Depending on when the Champaign City Council meeting ends that night, 
Tom Bruno, Champaign City Council member and Bruce Knight, Champaign 
Planning Director may join the discussion as well.

We will be hosting a power point presentation. Following the 
presentation, there will be an opportunity for questions and comments 
from all.

Lincoln Square will be serving coffee and hot tea. Please bring a mug.
