Subject: CTC RFP out -- keep your fingers crossed:

Hi all,

I was up 'til a bit past 5a.m. this morning, but the Request for Proposals
for the "Eliminate the Digital Divide Program" was fed-exed to the state
today.  The RFP is for $50,000 -- and because we are an officially
recognized CTC, I'd say our chances of getting funding are better than
many.
