I just got off the phone with the Funding Exchange/Paul Robeson Fund. 
They want us to call back between Nov 15 - Dec. 15, when the Program
officer, Trinh Duong, will have time to discuss our application more
thoroughly.  Unfortunately, it sounds like they are still going through
grant applications, so we must have gotten cut pretty early in the game. 
I'll give them a call in November.
