[Imc-radio] Key proposal

Please review the following e-mail I would like to send to the IMC list 
for discussion at this Thursday's steering group meeting.  If you have any 
concerns or changes, please e-mail the list.  I have gone ahead and asked 
for agenda time.

"Radio group requests the following policy.  Please add to the steering
group agenda:

Any producer (radio, video, print) producing regularly on a weekly basis
and in need of access to the production room, is eligible for a key to the
IMC.  The key must be returned if they stop producing weekly.  Working 
groups are responsible for requesting and returning keys.  Keys will be 
checked out to individuals with a deposit."

Alternative proposals:
1) Every working group gets 2 floater keys it can lend out for temporary 
periods of time on projects. 

2) Everyone with kids under the age of 15 is eligible for a key.

What prompts this is Laura's work (and perhaps others who make weekly
commitments).  Laura has made a commitment to the IMC and WEFT to produce
a drop-in every week for 30 weeks.  She has kids and a tight schedule.  
She works in the production room.  No having a key is the main barrier to
her fulfilling her commitment.

Please comment and I will send a final proposal to the IMC list.
